The project consists of a complex of 42 residential house medium-high social status, called Cataviña Residential. Contains a common area with pool, gym and playground. The houses are similar with slight variations in facade and interior, which is pleasing to the eye. The houses are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, living room, laundry, and a small distributor. I had the opportunity to participate in the development of this colony taking small decisions and working as a technical architect. The project is made by the company interinmuebles.
